2. Wallet Recharge Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the recharge transaction
  • Refunds are only available if the recharged credits have not been used
  • Partial refunds are not available - only full unused balance can be refunded
  • Technical errors or duplicate charges are eligible for immediate refunds

Non-Refundable:

  • Credits that have been used for messages or calls
  • Bonus credits provided as part of promotional offers
  • Recharges older than 7 days
  • Expired credits or validity periods

3. QR Code Services

QR Code Activation:

  • QR code activation fees are non-refundable once the QR code has been activated
  • If a QR code fails to activate due to technical issues, a full refund will be provided
  • Refunds for incorrect vehicle information must be requested within 24 hours

4. Subscription Plans

Monthly/Annual Plans:

  • Refunds available within 3 days of purchase if no services have been used
  • Pro-rated refunds are not available for cancelled subscriptions
  • Subscription cancellations will remain active until the end of the billing period

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

6. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our services:

  • Report the issue immediately to our support team
  • We will work to resolve the issue within 24-48 hours
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be provided
  • Service credits may be offered as an alternative to refunds

7. Fraudulent Transactions

In case of unauthorized or fraudulent transactions:

  • Provide details of the unauthorized transaction
  • We will investigate and process refunds for verified fraudulent charges
  • Your account will be secured and monitored

8. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Services rendered as described
