2. Wallet Recharge Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the recharge transaction
Refunds are only available if the recharged credits have not been used
Partial refunds are not available - only full unused balance can be refunded
Technical errors or duplicate charges are eligible for immediate refunds
Non-Refundable:
Credits that have been used for messages or calls
Bonus credits provided as part of promotional offers
Recharges older than 7 days
Expired credits or validity periods
3. QR Code Services
QR Code Activation:
QR code activation fees are non-refundable once the QR code has been activated
If a QR code fails to activate due to technical issues, a full refund will be provided
Refunds for incorrect vehicle information must be requested within 24 hours
4. Subscription Plans
Monthly/Annual Plans:
Refunds available within 3 days of purchase if no services have been used
Pro-rated refunds are not available for cancelled subscriptions
Subscription cancellations will remain active until the end of the billing period
